I called this company on their off day. Spoke to a really nice woman, that said she would call me back, if she had anyone that could come out. To my pleasant surprise, she returned my call with an update. She said someone would be out in a couple of hours. My septic tank had started to back up into my house, so I was very happy to hear someone would be out. As promised two gentleman showed up. They was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Even with the younger of the two men feeling under the weather, he answered all of the questions we had. I’m thankful to SIC ,and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
